As a product-led organisation, product is a central function of Polar Analytics. Currently managed by the founders, this is an opportunity to come in and establish the foundations.

**Why this role**:
- We are building the decision OS of e-commerce brands. A product that has the potential to improve the workflows of millions of users (26M e-commerce brands in the world), solving a core pain (making informed decisions in a fragmented ecosystem of apps) through a verticalised approach.
- As the first product manager, this is a unique opportunity to work on the full scope of a product and help establish the product foundations and principles at Polar.
- This doesn’t come at the expense of product-market fit. We have already 1000+ stores using Polar, a clearly defined ICP that loves the product (see reviews) - which serves as a solid foundation.
- Having a product-led motion, we gather a lot of data and feedback to grow and improve, and product is a central function that is directly tied to top line.
**What’s the scope**:
- You will be responsible for User Engagement (internal measure based on usage frequency and intensity) and help build and define the product roadmap to maximise it
- You will work closely with Design to come up with new features and product improvements
- You will manage sprint cycles with a full-stack engineering and design team

- This is not your first PM rodeo, you’ve learned the ropes of Product in a fast-growing tech startup and are now ready to take this to the next level
- You love data. If you need to validate a hypothesis, you’d much rather instead ask for access to the database to run your own queries rather than asking for a data analyst.

- You love digital products. When using tools, you can’t stop analysing the UX. You can very easily name a few products you find amazing and why.
