- Advanced level in Contracts technical Competencies required
- C&P tools advanced certification required (SAP, eSourcing, AGORA, SEQUANA)
Qualification and background:
- International Experience recommended
- Expertise within Contracts and Projects in the O&G industry
- Preferred language of the service : English mandatory, French is a +
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Manage the contracting processes delivering best quality in time and at the optimal cost for the affiliate.
- Impose strict confidentiality with regard to the Contractual and Commercial documentation managed.
- Successfully prepare, negotiate and administer a broad range of complex, technical and high value/risk contracts
- Use of Affiliate’s and Projects Group contractual terms;
- Ensure competition and transparency in all contracting processes
- Provide weekly reports
