Ce site recherche un(e) Ground Operations Manager H/F pour un poste en CDI.
Au sein d'un environnement agréable avec des infrastructures récentes, sous la responsabilité de la Directrice Générale, nous cherchons un(e) Ground Operations Manager H/F.
Les missions principales sont:
- Vous gérer, contrôler et optimiser la planification des vols en respectant la législation,
- Vous contrôler toutes les opérations de vol ainsi que tous les services supplémentaires requis (restauration, hôtel, transferts, etc.), et assurer le suivi des vols,
- Vous former et diriger une équipe de 5 personnes, gérer efficacement les conflits, fournir un retour d'information,
- Vous communiquer et coordonner avec les fournisseurs et les départements de l'entreprise,
- Vous préparer et répondrez aux audits, aux inspections,
- Vous organisez les vols médicaux urgents.
La connaissance des codes du luxe serait appréciée, ainsi qu'un résistance au travail en conditions météorologiques dégradées.
**Description du profil**:
Vous avez une connaissance du secteur aérien, vous êtes issu d'une formation spécifique aux opérations aériennes, ou vous avez une expérience de 3 ans minimum comme agent d'opérations en compagnie aérienne,
Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et réactif(ve), votre curiosité et vos qualités relationnelles vous sont reconnues.Vous savez vous adaptez à un environnement opérationnel.
Adaptabilité, organisation, anticipation et réactivité sont les maitres-mots de ce poste.
Vous maitrisez l'anglais courammentet avez une bonne communication orale et écrite en français.
Rémunération selon profil à partir de 40kEUR.
Disponibilité et flexibilité pour travailler en horaires variables, y compris les nuits, les week-ends et les jours fériés,
Casier judiciaire vierge et permis de conduire indispensables.
Poste à pourvoir dès que possible.
Avantages : 13 ème mois
