Haddad Brands Europe, founded 6 years ago, specializes in the distribution of licensed children's apparel (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Polo Ralph Lauren, Lacoste...) across Europe.

The company has experienced rapid growth since its inception and already has over 500 employees throughout Europe.

We distribute our products both in wholesale, working with major specialized or multi-brand retailers, and in retail, through our in-store corners in department stores.

In concrete terms, this means that if you buy children’s apparel (ages 0-7 for Nike and 0-16 for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether it’s in-store, online, in France, Romania, or any other European country, the product in your hands has passed through our hands even if you bought it in a Nike or Levi’s store

To support our growth, we are offering a permanent position as a **IT DIRECTOR.**

**YOUR MISSIONS**

**Your main responsibilities will include**
- Design and manage the development of information systems architecture for HADDAD's activities in Europe, in line with business needs.
- Coordination of information systems projects.
- Management of the Information Systems Department: supervision of supplier/service provider contracts, proposal of solutions to meet EDI and picking requirements.
- Budget management and monitoring
- Define IT and telecoms strategy with General Management.
- Define IT security policy: identify sensitive information and risks with General Management, propose measures to be taken.
- Monitor technological and legal developments in the Company's information systems sector.
- Anticipate changes and guide General Management's choices in terms of information technology.
- Design optimal organization of information flows within the company.
- Ensure that the needs of the Company and its customers, the Company's strategy and IT tools are in line with each other.

**PROFILE SOUGHT**:

- With a degree in IT, you have significant experience in information systems management and at least 10 years' experience in team and project management.
- You have a sound knowledge of Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations, Salesforce, Manhattan, Talend, Cloud Azur (Microsoft).
- You also have knowledge of EDI platforms.
- Ability to manage service providers in terms of organization and budget monitoring
- Ability to transcribe business needs into processes and translate them into IT flows
- You are operational and can take a step back to define an IT vision
- You have excellent interpersonal skills (oral and written communication) and are able to take the initiative in organizing your day-to-day activities. Exchanges with Haddad US, our suppliers and foreign customers take place on a daily basis, so a good level of English is a must.
