The position*
Within Deepki, as Payroll and HR Administration Manager, you will carry out payroll and HR administrative management of International employees. The scope to cover will be UK, Spain, Germany and Italy for now. You will report to the Senior People Manager Europe based in Paris. As a real facilitator you will coordinate all payroll and HR administrative initiatives with various stakeholders based locally.
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:
- International Payroll
- Spain: Manage the full payroll process via Payfit
- UK, Germany and Italy: Consolidate variable components (bonuses, absences, overtime) to share to local accounting firms.
- Monitor documentation related to employee health, life and disability insurance, and maintain social security rights for employees.
- Support employees and managers regarding payroll items requests.
- Interact with the various internal Stakeholders (local HR teams, finance department, etc.).
2. HR Administration
- Draft of employment contracts, amendments and monitor Onboarding process registration for new joiners.
- Manage the follow-up of employees (absences, leave, illness).
- Manage employees offboarding.
- Create and manage personnel files.
- Prepare all administrative documents required by local legislation or needed for the employee.

The profile*
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Payroll & HR Manager for a multi-country perimeter
- Proficiency in written / spoken English (given our international expansion, other languages would be a bonus, but not essential)
- Excellent project management skills - Ability to engage all stakeholders, from the field to the C-suite
- Excellent organizational skills to work independently, manage priorities and projects with many moving parts
- Ability to work within fast-paced and hyper growth environment
- Reliable, rigorous, discreet and good listener
