- Manage and coordinate activities related to set-up phase and core service functions- Manage the Training Center staff training, qualification and certification programs
- Manage the Training Center standard work (program management instruction) process
- Assist with maintenance of Training management functions and related performance metrics
- Ensure customer satisfaction in regards to subcontractor provided training support activities
- Assist the Training Program Manager as required to develop plans, estimates, schedules and budgets
- Manage the Training Support Systems services and products
- Interface with other ISS Integrated Product teams as required to ensure scheduled deliveries
- Provide status of all aspects of Training Center work and issues to Training APM and Marietta support team
- Accountable for budget, staffing, and/or business/operational results

**Required skills, qualifications and experience**

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Military experience AA/AS degree with 7+ years of experience
- BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience
- Detailed knowledge of Aircrew and Aircraft Maintenance Training doctrine, policies and practices
- Obtain/maintain a security clearance consistent with level of responsibility
- Ability to ensure on-site compliance with international trade compliance requirements

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Detailed knowledge of all aspects of France/Germany Multinational Training Center In-Service Support Statement of Work and Training Support Systems
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of French/German Air Force operations and standard operation procedures
- Maintain effective relationships with all levels of the customer’s organization
- Proficiency in French and/or German
