**About the role**

You will report to the Head of Affiliate Marketing to support the management of our global affiliate programme. You will monitor and report performance to call out any key changes and identify growth opportunities.

**What you'll do**
- Daily reporting on performance numbers calling out key trends to be shared with Senior Global Affiliate Manager.
- Direct contact with our global affiliate platform(s) and tier 1 affiliate partners.
- Market research for EMEA, US and APAC to identify new publisher partners.
- Manage the global partnerships monitoring and optimising campaigns.
- Manage the daily budget reporting to ensure spend is monitored closely
- Collaborate with internal regional marketing teams in EMEA, APAC & US to identify opportunities and align on key initiatives
- Ensure tracking and reporting of all affiliate activity is correct (auditing reports)

**Who you are**
- Excellent proficiency in advanced excel, SQL, Tableau and Google analytics
- Demonstrate an ability to understand performance and be able to identify opportunities.
- A strong ability to lead analysis and present performance to senior management.
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in either an analyst role or performance marketing role
- A prior experience in affiliate or partner marketing would be a plus
- Be structured, organized, motivated by a growing fast-paced team.
- Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others
