Do you want to be an integral part of a growing and diverse team? We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our European Sales team for FRANCE and the French Speaking areas of Belgium and Switzerland. This remotely based position can ideally be in Paris, Lyon, Lille or any other convenient location in FRANCE.
As an Account Manager, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team to solve some of the hardest challenges in emerging and global biopharma companies and their contractor partners (CROs and CMOs)

**What we’ll get you doing**:
- Assume territorial and account management responsibilities for a geographical region representing both assigned biopharma and biotech accounts as well as develop regional prospect pipelines.
- Expand commercial relationships with existing clients for both existing and new offerings from IDBS.
- Develop and progress new pipeline within the territory to achieve regional and personal targets.
- Effectively promote and educate targeted accounts on the challenges the industry is facing and how IDBS provides solutions to positively impact their business through one-on-one meetings, group presentations and company-approved industry conferences, etc.
- Ensure regional sales strategy execution using annual regional business plan and call activity reports
- Accurately report/submit sales call activities, territory expenses and written reports and within deadline as defined by Sales Management
**Here is what success in this role looks like**:
- Scientific and Scientific Sales background, with Life science sales preferred
- Typically has 2+ years of experience in SAAS industry and can navigate a 12-18-month sales cycle
- Experience with a sales methodology, Challenger Sale preferred
- Experience in R&D, process development and manufacturing within the biopharma products/industry
- Accustomed to dealing with complex deals and multiple stakeholders, including VP and C-level decision makers
