Job description:
As the France Account Manager, you will manage the day-to-day business relationship with Sephora France (90 doors), FUGAZZI's largest and most strategic retail partner in the country.
You will ensure the flawless execution of all commercial, operational, and training activities, driving both sell-in and sell-out result.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Management
• Manage daily communication with Sephora France category and store teams.
• Ensure execution of launch plans, animations, and local marketing initiatives.
• Support the VP Sales in negotiating local budgets, visibility, and commercial
opportunities.
• Monitor orders, stock levels, and replenishment with internal teams.
• Manage the Beauty Consultants in the stores.
Performance & Analysis
• Track sell-out performance by door and by SKU.
• Prepare weekly reports with insights and corrective actions.
• Benchmark competitors' activity in Sephora and propose tactical improvements.
Activation & Training
• Coordinate closely with Training Manager to ensure retail staT engagement and education.
• Provide on site training when needed.
• Supervise the implementation of visual merchandising and POS visibility.
• Support events, PR partnerships, and influencer activations in collaboration with Marketing.
Collaboration
Work hand-in-hand with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Training teams to ensure perfect launch execution.
• Provide local feedback to the VP Sales to shape the global Sephora strategy.
Profile
• 3–5 years' experience in account or retail management within luxury beauty or
fragrance.
• Prior experience working with Sephora France is a major plus.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and proactive problem-solver.
• Fluent in French and English.
