For the **Partner Manager**role we are looking for a highly motivated professional who can help grow our Partner Ecosystem in the EMEA region, building an impactful partner ecosystem.
From strategic real estate consultancies, to specialist system integrators, to technology partners, Deepki’s Partner Ecosystem is key to our global expansion.
Reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships, you will:
**Collaborate** with partners through the Partner Programme, launching GTM plans to generate opportunities.
**Co-innovate**with partners to build clear joint propositions, new use cases, providing the upmost value to our customers.
**Accelerate**strategy execution and co-invest in implementation.
**Your responsibilities include**:
- Own External Partnerships including identifying new opportunity spaces, creating Partnership strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deliver new partnerships that accelerate time-to-market and time-to-impact for sustainability-centric solutions and programs
- Generate and manage a partner-driven pipeline through proactive prospecting with partner’s customer facing stakeholders
- Drive institutionalised knowledge through the use of consistent documentation to support knowledge management and ensure consistency and repeatability across projects
- Engage, co-sell and co-market with partners through Partner Programme
- Navigate up and down the partner organisation as appropriate
- Act as the point of contact to increase partner knowledge and proactively train partners in our core proposition, new use cases and new platform functionality
- Work closely with other departments at Deepki
- Act as a liaison between our sales teams and partners to help build impactful relationships
- Lead partner marketing efforts with the help of Deepki’s Marketing team for marketing and co-marketing opportunities (Webinars, Roundtables, Conferences, Events) with key partners
- Grow your partner account base through proactive hunting in targeted channels
- Conduct Partner Business Reviews with strategic partners and assist Partner management in monitoring progress towards strategic goals
- Provide feedback to channel peers and leadership teams regarding market intelligence, competition, knowledge gaps and other valuable insights gained while working with partners
- Build out and maintain partner profile information and partner intelligence as well as partner governance in CRM/PRM and other systems
- Ability to travel up to 60%
**About you**
- Commercial experience in SaaS Partner-Channel Sales, ideally from the Real Estate industry
- Excellent communication skills, have the ability to influence partners, and are able to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to senior audiences
- Demonstrated excellence and natural talent to bring together partners in ecosystem program to tackle complex challenges in creating a better world
- Track record in exceeding targets and commercial success
- Strong partner success mindset
- Capable of building trust quickly, developing and maintaining relationships
- Must have intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and a positive approach
- Get excited about finding ways to tackle the climate crisis
- Ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks with little to no supervision
- Possesses a solid sales foundation with an outgoing, optimistic personality
- Solid experience in navigating complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
- Speaking European languages (English plus French, Spanish, Italian or German)
