We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Contracts Manager** to join our
Procurement team.

**Your next missions**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks while ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams, to align contract terms with business goals.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure the best commercial and legal terms while

fostering strong supplier relationships.
- Monitor contract performance, enforce obligations, and manage contract renewals or terminations as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in procurement and contract management.
- Develop and maintain contract templates, guidelines, and policies to standardize processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract management best practices.

**Expected skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Procurement, or

a related field. **Minimum of 5 years of experience** in contract management, procurement, or legal advisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, compliance regulations, and risk management principles.
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to balance business objectives and legal considerations.
- Experience managing complex supplier contracts and agreements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and

collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in contract management software and procurement tools is a plus.
- Fluent in French & English
