We are currently seeking an intern for our France Hotels and Hospitality Capital Markets business line. This is a full-time position based in Paris, France.
**What you’ll do**:
Participate in all aspects of the hotel transaction process across France and the EMEA region working alongside our experienced team
Gain hands-on experience in financial modelling and market analysis techniques
Develop your skills in creating high-quality presentation materials for client pitches, investor memoranda, and other transaction-related marketing documents
Observe and contribute to client meetings, enhancing your professional communication abilities
Expand your knowledge of the real estate sector and diverse markets by collaborating with the Capital Markets team and counterparts across EMEA
**What we're looking for**:
Master's student in business, finance, real estate, or hospitality management
Strong financial modelling, analytical and research skills
Keen interest in the hospitality sector; prior experience is a plus
Fluent in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiasm for continuous learning and ability to adapt quickly in our fast-evolving industry
Attention to detail
Proactive mindset and team spirit
Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
