From our head office in Paris, you will take part in an internship where you contribute financial analyses, market information, and support for the asset management team. You will see how real estate decisions are prepared, follow developments on our campuses, and gradually build experience in an international working environment. This internship is a valuable step if you see your future in financial analysis, real estate, or asset management.

About the role

In this role, you support the Asset Managers in their daily work. You will work with financial data, market information and commercial documentation needed to manage our buildings effectively and attract new tenants. You will gain insight into how real estate strategies are developed and how decision-making works within an international organisation.

Curious about the tasks you will carry out? Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring bank financing.
  • Modeling and updating business plans for ongoing and acquisition projects.
  • Assisting asset managers with the leasing of the buildings (preparing commercial and contractual documents, supporting tenant onboarding, etc.) monitoring the commercial pipeline.
  • Gathering and analysing market information.
  • Improving and structuring internal tools and files.
  • Providing occasional support for cross-functional corporate analyses.

Where will you be doing your internship?

You will be based in Paris, working together with the French asset management team on dossiers related to our buildings at Campus Paris-Saclay and Campus Grand Parc Villejuif. You will have access to the information, colleagues and resources needed to carry out your work effectively.

Do you recognise yourself in this?

  • You are enrolled for a finance or real estate-related degree at a business school, engineering school, or university in the Paris region.
  • You have basic Microsoft Office skills and are particularly comfortable with Excel fundamentals.
  • You work accurately and manage financial data with rigor.
  • You are curious and willing to research market information and new topics.
  • You can work independently and take responsibility.
  • You have a professional command of both French and English.
  • You are available to start the internship in January 2026.
