**Responsibilities**:
**About the Role**:
As an IT Infrastructure Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, develop project plans, manage project resources, and ensure successful delivery of IT infrastructure solutions

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Project Planning and Management**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets and ensure timely delivery within allocated resources.
- ** Stakeholder Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive management, IT teams, and business units.
- Effectively communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts among stakeholders.
- ** Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- ** Technical Expertise**:

- Possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including security, servers, networks, storage, and cloud computing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- ** Risk Management**:

- Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation plans to minimize their impact.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- ** Change Management**:

- Develop and implement change management strategies to address the impact of project changes on stakeholders and operations.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure components and technologies.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Additional Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with agile project methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
