**Job Description**:

- Deliver technical training sessions on automotive diagnostics, ECU programming, and ADAS calibration.
- Develop training materials and provide hands-on demonstrations at customer locations.
- Engage with customers and sales teams to assess training needs and schedule sessions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor technologies to improve training programs.
- Travel frequently within Europe to conduct on-site training.

What You’ll Need:

- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Extensive experience in the automotive aftermarket, with expertise in vehicle diagnostics, ECU programming, and ADAS calibration.
- Previous relative experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across Europe.
