Senior group Strategic Buyer

Reporting to the Head of Group Procurement, the role of Strategic Buyer you will be responsible for the coordination of business spend across the group across all business units globally.You will be responsible for all contractual/ consultancy spend including the management of all global providers to build consistency and standardisation globally.

**Key responsibilities/What you do**
- develop, together with the local business units, the network of service providers along all lines of business, covering on core business procurement categories (digital, mobility, repatriation, property providers) and indirect procurement categories (e.g. professional services, marketing & communication...).
- drive projects to leverage AZP global and regional purchasing power
- Implement best procurement practices and Mobility standards (incl. compliance and regulatory components) in AZP business units.
- Analyse and map existing network capabilites and innovation opportunities
- Define global sourcing strategy and manage RFP and negiotations
- Manage specific spend category including; market research, category strategy and innovation deployment

**Key requirements/What you bring**
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing global procurement and/ or strategic buying processes
- Proven experience in project management with delivery responsibility
- Proven experience working within a large international enviornment, multi country/ locational
- Strong abiltiy to use data and insights to identify and drive opportunities
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions; ability to motivate and influence key project stakeholders and drive change
- Strong English written and oral communication
