Cette entreprise Fintech éditrice de logiciel cherche à recruter sa/son
first Responsable QA
pour l'
accompagner
sur
la mise en place d'une politique qualité au sein de l'équipe de développement
(15 ingénieurs), aussi bien sur les aspects techniques que fonctionnels.

Objectif
: Formaliser et déployer un référentiel qualité pour les projets applicatifs de l'entreprise

15 pers. coté tech (équipe distribuée entre Aix et Besançon), 150 au total

Responsable QA (tech & fonctionnel)

: Aix-en-provence ou Besançon (équipe distribuée)


Télétravail
: hybride, 2-3 jours/semaine

Salaire proposé :
55-65k€


Key competencies
:

  • Bac + 2 à 5 en informatique avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur poste similaire: qualité logicielle, test automatisé, QA lead
  • expérience préalable de mise en place d'une démarche QA au sein d'un éditeur logiciel / sur applications SaaS
  • Maîtrise de plusieurs outils de tests et d'intégration continue
    (JUnit, Cypress, SonarQube, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
  • Bonnes connaissances des BDD (SQL), APIs et Docker.
  • Compréhension des pratiques DevOps, Agile, et des processus de packaging/déploiement.
  • Expérience confirmée dans des environnements Java / React / Angular /


Additional interesting competencies/experiences
for this position:

  • Une première expérience dans le secteur assurantiel ou financier
  • Expérience de l'utilisation de l'IA appliquée à la QA


Responsibilities
:

  • Concevoir et maintenir un processus global de gestion de la qualité couvrant toutes les phases du cycle de vie logiciel : conception, développement, test, déploiement et maintenance.
  • Structurer les workflows CI/CD pour garantir des livrables stables, testés et traçables
  • Déterminer les KPI permettant de mesurer la qualité logicielle, la couverture de tests, la dette technique et les suivre
  • Former et guider les développeurs sur la bonne application des processus et outils qualité
