To tackle current and future challenges together, we are bringing together part of our Finance and HR functions at the heart of the company: accounting, personnel administration, treasury, payroll, and HR management control within BEST France. BEST France is our first Business, Expertise, Services, and Technologies center--a modern and ambitious center dedicated to all operational entities and employees in France. BEST France is an inspiring step in our transformation and simplification, allowing everyone to learn, share, and thrive. **Here is the role you will have to play in this team**: - Develop the budget and trends of its scope of activity, and produce the reporting of the activity and the necessary KPIs. - Manage a team of 4-5 controllers and participate in its development. - Ensure HR data quality. - Monitor costs and perform all analyses to identify risks and opportunities and propose corrective actions. - Liaise with all stakeholders including management and internal control. - Propose system improvements and reporting modes. - Participate in HR community training. **The technical and professional skills you will need**: OPERATIONAL MASTER - Strong Finance-controlling experience is a must - First experience in people management - Proficiency in HR tools is a plus - Ensures implementation of HR fundamentals - Ensures compliance with legal and social obligations BUILDS BUDGETS THAT SUPPORT GROWTH - Drawing up budgets and financial forecasts in conjunction with managers. - Identifies the link between these elements and the achievement of business development and financial objectives. - Captures the transformation levers in Finance MAKES EFFECTIVE USE OF CONSOLIDATED REPORTS AND DATA - Ensure financial reporting is in line with Group standards PROJECTS AND ANALYSES BUSINESS PERFORMANCE - Anticipates and identifies opportunities, risks and solutions to achieve objectives - Sets objectives - Recommends changes that support strategy - Calculates and interprets financial results **The "soft skills" you will need**: - INNOVATIVE - STRATUM - PERSONAL DEVELOPER - INTEGRATOR - ENTREPRENEUR
