**Your role**
In a context of transformation, the Project Officer will support a Corporate Communications Key leader, as a trusted right-hand, in driving key initiatives across the Group. She/he will bring strategic insights, operational rigor, and the ability to deliver impactful communication projects that strengthen both corporate, and business ambitions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee projects from start to finish, in a project mode, in an international environment, ensuring timely execution and reporting of deliverables, mobilizing resources as needed and tracking outcomes with a results-oriented mindset.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth project execution, with strong ability to manage and delegate, monitoring and ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets, empowering teams in the execution.
- Anticipate communication needs and proactively define relevant toolkits, assets, and messaging frameworks, providing ad-hoc efficient support on specific corporate and transformation topics when and where needed.
- Bring a complementary “helicopter view” on the projects she/he is entrusted to lead and/or contribute, in order to coordinate multiple workstreams, ask the right questions, and maintain alignment with strategic objectives.

**About you**
- With strong expertise in digital and creative communications, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to craft clear, persuasive corporate messaging.
- With the ability to guide specialized teams and contribute hands-on when needed, you have significant experience in project management. Thanks to your strong coordination, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, you have the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Autonomous, resourceful, and pragmatic, you are able to combine strategic thinking with operational delivery, being creative and enjoying finding innovative solutions.
- Open-minded, loving teamwork and passionate by nature, you are organized, meticulous, rigorous and have excellent communication skills, capable of motivating and embarking.
- Confident working with senior leaders and C-Level stakeholders, you have strong influencing and advisory skills, used to deal with confidential topics.
- You are fluent in English. Able to work also in German? This would definitely be a plus.
