**About us**
Symrise Taste, Nutrition & Health segment uses its combined expertise as well as scientific research to offer customers and partners unique, natural ingredient-based and sustainable solutions in the areas of taste, nutrition and health. With more than 100 sites in over 40 countries, the segment serves the markets of the food and beverage industry as well as manufacturers of pet food and fish food. The segment is divided into the two core Food & Beverage and Pet Food divisions as well as the two smaller Aqua Feed and Probi units.

**Your activities**
- **R&D Health & Nutrition Project Management**:

- Conduct scientific literature review to evaluate the level of evidence of health benefits of specific actives/ingredients Build proprietary scientific data by identifying and mobilizing external partnerships in health science
- Identify and mobilize external capabilities via partnerships to deliver the agreed R&D projects, particularly in health science
- Check with regulatory department the accessibility of nutritional & health claims according to the targeted countries
- Define & manage the IP approach for the agreed projects,
- Manage & deliver agreed research projects, reporting progress, anticipating issues
- Have a close relationship with development teams to share knowledge and to be part of the decision during the product development, to guaranty final functionality.
- **R&D Health & Nutrition Capability**:

- Develop and maintain Naturals scientific expertise
- Support Commercial and Marketing teams working on H&N agreed activities
- Be a visible, credible and active representative of Diana Food’s Health & Nutrition expertise to the outside world
- Build a network of partnerships/collaborations with external specialists
- **Partner to the Health & Nutrition segment**:

- In collaboration with Regulatory & Toxicology representatives, deliver technical dossier on our Premium Actives and provide scientific support for regional registration procedures.
- In collaboration with the Health & Nutrition Portfolio Manager and Marketing Director, develop scientific marketing communication kits and scientific training material for the regional teams.

**About You**
- Academic science background in human nutrition (Master degree or PhD).
- 5 years' proven experience in applied science in nutrition Scientific knowledge on: functional food/dietary supplements, in vitro and clinical trials, polyphenols.
- At least 3 years of experience in Industry
- Some knowledge in H&N regulatory claims would be appreciated
- Project Management skills, results oriented, able to work cross
- functionally and rally team members to build and adhere to projects. Drive forward a challenge suite of projects and work streams.
- Relationships and networking skills: capacity to build and animate on a functional way internal multi-disciplinary teams and external partners network (academic, private)
- Leadership, Communication and Influencing skills to achieve common goals
- Strong autonomy and proactivity
- Fluent in French and English
