**Job Description** Join the Salomon Squad as Our Omni Training Specialist W/M**

As our **Omni Training Specialist W/M**, you'll be the mastermind behind our product training, connecting with our global training community, retail stores, and trainers. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about products, love collaborating, and have a knack for simplifying complex ideas.

**Your Mission**:
**Create & Animate Product Training**:

- Collaborate with categories (PLM, Design, Brand) to bring products to life for consumers.
- Simplify and translate product info into engaging and digestible content.

**Drive & Animate Training Community**:

- Communicate your creations effectively across various channels.
- Respond to product-related questions and keep our communities buzzing with excitement.
- Be the go-to expert and know exactly where to find the answers.

**Field Adventures**:

- Hit the road 1-2 times a month to visit retail stores and lead training sessions.
- Focus on our Key Global Stores, especially our Epicenters.
- Create global guidelines and training for Salomon in-line stores and wholesale partners.

**Qualifications** Essential Skills & Experience**
- You are a fresh graduate or possess 2-3 years of professional experience.
- Passionate by learning, and sharing knowledge.
- A product geek with a consumer-centric mindset and a flair for marketing.
- Enjoy being in the field and travelling for work.
