**The role & the team**

We are looking for a Partner Solution Engineer to join our Tech Partnerships team. The partnerships team is part of the Sales department and aims to enhance customer and prospect experiences through integrations with other software platforms.

Our objective is to remain the most interconnected software in the market. Currently, we are proud to offer around 300 integrations with various software across multiple industries.

In this context, the Partner Solution Engineer plays a crucial role in helping us expand our connectivity with key software in the market and working hand in hand with our Tech partnerships team members. This position combines technical and relationship skills: the ability to guide partners in understanding and implementing our technical solutions (APIs, features, product roadmap), along with strong communication capabilities to develop lasting partnerships.

**Key responsibilities**

Analyze the needs of partners and provide effective technical solutions

Ensure that developments meet users expectations

Act as a liaison between partners and internal stakeholders (partnerships, product,)

Build and maintain solid tech-relationships with partners

Driving and improving the revenue generated from the ISV partners

Monitor projects and ensure progress towards a go-live within a defined timeframe

Gather and share partners qualitative feedback with the product team to improve our product and/or our APIs

Identify key uses cases and best practices and work with our API teams to display valuable documentation and help our team to scale.

**Technical requirements**

Strong experience in API integration and strong understanding of API standards (REST, OAuth 2.0, OpenAPI)

Experience in programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or JavaScript

Knowledge of software design and architecture

**Required skills**

Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Experience in client relationship management

Ability to work independently and confidently to develop a way forward with clients in ambiguous circumstances.

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
