As a Content Manager, you will participate in strategizing and crafting educational content plans across a variety of different platforms including Ledger Academy & Quest, owning the operational side of the process by drafting, optimizing and setting up content on both Wordpress and Contentful to provide engaging educational experiences that facilitate users’ Web3 onboarding.
**Your mission**:
- Manage Ledger’s editorial e-content operations for Ledger Academy & Quest on both Wordpress and Contentful
- Responsible for enhancing and optimizing educational content’s SEO performance, aesthetics and overall flow
- Participate in the development of content plans to educate a variety of different cohorts about Web3, its culture, security and digital sovereignty
- Brief and oversee the production of editorial content by external stakeholders
- Help set and achieve KPIs that drive growth and community resonance. Help develop monthly/quarterly reports to track progress and address priorities
**What we're looking for**:
- Perfect English communication and writing skills
- Experience using Wordpress and/or Contentful
- Ability to craft and structure narratives to simplify complex concepts/ideas
- Strong understanding of editorial content production and SEO optimization
- Know how to work both independently, collaboratively and manage teams
- Experienced in autonomously managing projects, coordinating with different parties and meeting deadlines
- Have a thing for keeping up with the latest news and various trends
- A proactive creative thinker who constantly aims for better
