In light of the opening of a new Regional Distribution Center in the United States, Sephora Collection is recruiting for an Inventory Planner. You will join the Operations Department, you will join the Distribution and Inventory Planning team as an Inventory Planner. Your responsibility will be the management of a product category portfolio to ensure Sephora Collection's stock policy, from launch to product end-of-life, on Sephora Collection’s global warehouse (France) and the US RDC (United States).

**Responsibilities**
- Manage your product category portfolio:

- Ensure stock policy throughout the product lifecycle by closely following with the launch project teams (Operations) the on-time, in-full quantities according to our key date calendars.
- Implement allocation/phasing plans in case of partial delivery - always with a customer satisfaction approach in collaboration with Marketing and Business.
- Provide internal and external visibility on potential category risks.
- Analyze root causes of stockouts to implement appropriate action plans.
- Develop allocation plans on a short to medium-term basis (up to 6 months) in partnership with Business teams to ensure the brand's overall strategy and reduce stockout risks.
- Manage end-of-life stock flow, finding outflow solutions if necessary, with Business teams.
- Work closely with Supply teams to ensure end-to-end visibility: demand/distribution/supply.
- Ensure alert level and visibility:

- Maintain good relations/collaboration with our customers and all Supply Chain teams
- Inventory Planners are responsible for defining optimal internal and external stock risk sharing processes/communications/routines (e.g., newsletters/demand & supply reviews, meetings with Business, etc.).
- Continuous improvement, process & project key users:

- Given Sephora Collection & its Supply Chain team's dynamic nature, the Inventory Planner will play a key role in continuous improvement and service evolution.
- Act as a key user for processes & projects, fulfilling responsibilities such as updating KPIs & reports, ensuring the facilitation of a process with the implementation of corrective & anticipatory actions, participating in system/tools/process improvement projects, etc. - all with the intent of representing the team as a whole.
- Roll-out the global processes on the new US RDC.

- Bac +5 equivalent from a business school or engineering school.
- 2/3 years of experience in Supply Chain, including Inventory Planning and Procurement
- Recognized for your qualities of rigor and organization and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Operational English proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, versatility, and responsiveness.
- Understanding of customer needs and sensitivity to the cosmetics sector.
- Proficiency in Data Visualization and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Qlik, Looker, etc.)
- Knowledge of ERP and APS/forecasting tools.
- An APICS license would be a plus (CPIM, CSCP).
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite (advanced levels of Excel and PowerPoint)
