**A Restaurant Manager at Cova**

As a Restaurant Manager at Pasticceria Cova, you'll oversee daily operations, lead and inspire the team, and ensure top-notch service. Your role involves coordinating between kitchen and staff, managing budgets, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for an exceptional guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the seamless running of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop, motivate, and manage a high-performing team, fostering positive working relationships across all departments.
- Consistently exceed guest expectations through excellent service and by ensuring all staff are knowledgeable and professional.
- Proactively work to improve turnover and profitability through effective management and revenue-generating activities.
- Identify training needs, support staff development, and manage performance through regular feedback.
- Oversee the POS system, ensure smooth menu and service operations, and communicate any updates effectively.

**Who are you?**
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a fine dining environment.
- A passion for the restaurant business and a strong focus on customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- High-spirited, lively, and friendly individuals who are animated and enthusiastic about life.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Italian; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Flexibility to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
