We are looking for 2 persons to join our team of experts based in the Principality of Monaco. You are an experienced Project Manager with strong account management, project management, and complex event logistics skills. You need to have a minimum of **1 year of experience** working in a DMC/inbound tour operator and must have planned medical meetings and organized social events, excursions, and transportation for medium to large groups. You should be very organized and quick-thinking trouble-shooters with strong commercial acumen. From a personality and work ethic point of view, you will need to have a detailed, meticulous, and proactive approach and should be knowledgeable and confident enough to handle large-scale events single-handedly with mínimal support and supervision. And finally... you MUST be fluent in **English**, **French**, and **Italian** or **Spanish** (written and spoken); any additional languages would be a benefit. Experience in Sales and Marketing would also be beneficial. **Position** As a Junior Project Manager/Senior Project Manager, you will act as the "middle-man" in terms of liaising with both the client and suppliers/venues to book services such as accommodation, restaurant dinners, tours, excursions, concerts, transport, and hotels. The role will include taking full ownership of some large-scale events and will involve a lot of detailed logistics and admin (as well as account management) and a considerable amount of on-site event management. Other responsibilities will include taking briefs, assisting with pitches and client presentations, venue & ground services research, event management & complex transportation/coach transfer logistics (to/from multiple hotel locations), budget coordination, administration (reporting, filing, contract preparation, obtaining quotes, raising invoices, client reports and proposals), site inspections, attending client meetings, post-event reconciliation, and account handling. **Position Details**: - Develop proposals based on medical meetings groups, incentive programs, and leisure groups. - Responsible for the operation of confirmed proposals and supporting all inbound groups. - Continuous review of SOPs with the Director of Operations and Managing Director as needed, in order to create work efficiency. - Work closely with accounting, create proforma invoices, and chase pending payments based on accounting requests. - Work closely with the hotel team and sourcing team to ensure all files/proposals are free of any issues. - Support other team members with project development and operations based on workload. - Create reports and support weekly meetings as required. - Provide updates and reports to the Managing Director as requested. - May be expected to do mínimal travel. - Due to the nature of the position, additional work may be assigned as needed by the Managing Director. **Salary**: depending on experience **Working hours**: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 with a 30-minute lunch break. Additional working hours will be required when on-site with groups/conducting site inspections. **Place of work**: the position is hybrid, 2 days working from home and 3 days office-based.
