**Your role**

You will be the central point of contact for our most important customer-facing asset, our website You will manage, plan and execute all the inbound requests from marketing and product teams interfacing into the website, building a best-in-class web asset for our marketing team.

**Your responsibilities**

In this role you’ll:
Work with a wide range of stakeholders within Product, Partnerships and Marketing. As the website lead you will be the single point of contact for all teams interfacing into the website, project managing requests for landing pages, translations and SEO changes ensuring work is planned and delivered on time.

Within 1 month you'll:

- Have successfully onboarded and started getting to grips with Juni’s product suite, current website CMS, GA setup and website integrations.
- Build relationships with key marketing, product marketing and engineering stakeholders.
- Provide high-level audit on website content, navigation and user experience with support from design.
- Complete website compliance audit.

Within 3 months you'll:

- Advise on best-practice for website localisation tooling and processes
- Complete procurement process for the new website CMS
- Develop competitive benchmarking for best-in-class website assets and UX and UI
- Operationalise processes steering how external teams interface with the web team
- Define resources you need to support the website

Within 6 months you'll:

- Complete the CMS content migration with relevant analytics and data reporting requirements.
- Have started optimizing the customer journey throughout the funnel
- Roll out our new website in 2 new geographic markets

**Your qualifications**

What we need to see:

- Minimum 5 years experience within a B2B SaaS or Fintech website project or product management role within the fintech or ecommerce industry
- Deep understanding of web team operating models and content management systems
- General understanding of SEO principles and comfortable working with SEO managers
- Strong stakeholder communication, expectation management and project prioritization
- Previous experience working cross-functionally between product management, partnerships and marketing teams
- A natural knack for extracting and synthesizing data within GA

What we’d love to see:

- Previously audited CMS solutions and have completed a website migration to a new CMS
- Comfortable working in a hyper-growth environment
- Have an eye for quality assurance across website landing pages
