Support in providing in collaboration with the ESA Strategic Event Coordination Officer all adequate logistics to support corporate strategic events and exhibitions organization;
- Follow up with corporate exhibitions/events partners or organizers for all logistics activities (including procurement, coordination with suppliers and Establishments teams involved in the outreach workflow) to establish logistic support and circulate work schedules;
- Provide logistic support for ESA’s participation to exhibitions/events by following up with organizers, before, during and after the events (e.g. BDLI and Messe Berlin for ILA, SIAE for Le Bourget, LOC and IAF for IAC, etc.):

- Allocate resources and budget;
- Purchase delivery requests, purchase order invoices and payments;
- Coordinate the use of exhibition material and the development of new materials.
- Ensure material availability of promotional and merchandising material for Strategic Events in liaison with the relevant Office;
- Coordinate the participation of external communicators network to events in collaborating with the relevant Office;
- Set up a corresponding filing and tracking system.
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Outreach, or a related discipline;
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience;
- High proficiency with modern electronics office automation tools, in particular Microsoft Office suite and electronic mailing;
- Ability to communicate with industry counterparts in the execution of the project-specific tasks;
- Familiarity with outreach activities related to science and technology.
- Capacity to identify priority actions and handle high workloads;
- Easy contact with personnel and well-balanced autonomy in the execution of the requested tasks;
- High level of flexibility as well as initiative and team spirit;
- Rigor, commitment, and reliability in the execution of the assigned tasks;
- Good understanding of the French media landscape;
- Familiarity with ESA working environment in a similar position is a distinct advantage;
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
