Content Operations Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)

Remote | French-based company | 3 days per week

We are a French-based beauty brand looking for a
Content Operations Assistant
to support our visual content, creative production, and influencer operations. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for someone creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally edit and retouch images, including high-quality airbrushing
  • Create visual content for social media, website, and marketing materials
  • Generate and enhance images using AI tools and Photoshop
  • Support ongoing content creation and creative projects
  • Assist with influencer outreach, communication, and follow-ups
  • Help manage influencer operations (tracking collaborations, organizing content, coordination)
  • Provide general assistant support related to content and marketing tasks

Requirements

  • Strong skills in Photoshop and professional photo editing
  • Experience using AI tools for image creation and content support
  • Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Interest in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle is a plus
