**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
Reporting to HR Operations Manager - France, AXA IM, the HR specialist take responsibility for HR admin and HR tools management and support on any reward or HR insight activities.
**What you'll be doing**:
**HR admin**:
- Manage starter and leaver processes for Architas based employees across various georgraphies
- Support the cyclical payroll processes and drive the relationship with local Payroll and HR services providers
- Maintaining & Managing the Architas HR Database with regular updates based on employee moves, changes, etc.
- Review, investigate and respond to direct employee inquires regarding HR policies, leveraging existing service providers and expertise within the HR team
- Draft & provide regular communications to Architas employees
- Review and update appropriate HR Architas policies and processes
- Support on managing the benefits (contract, communication )
- Support the rem cycle by providing letters, reportings
- Manage invoices linked to Payroll, benefits and Tools, ensuring accuracy, necessary approvals, and ongoing communication with finance partners
**HR tools management**:
- Manage HR tools access for Architas
- Manage all yes tools for Architas
- Manage and Update Share in Box with AXA equity team and SG team
- Manage payroll system when they exist
- Maintaining ONE space dedicated to HR admin updated
- Manage all contract with tool provider
- Support any changes of tools, update in tools, errors, new implementation
**HR Insight and Reporting**:
- Support the deliver all needed reporting : SDR, monthly HR KPis, Finance reports
- Support the creation of HR insight analysis
- Support group and AXA IM programs through the preparation of data files, information and reporting
**HR Projects**:
- Contribute to key HR project work by taking the lead on ad-hoc projects where appropriate
**Votre profil**:
**Experience and qualifications**:
- Experienced level of Skills in Word and Powerpoint, advanced level of Excel
- Capacity to develop skills in yes tools management and payroll management
- Payroll experience
- Communication Skills
- Bilingual (French & English language both written and verbal are essential)
- Being rigorous, detail oriented, results focused
