HR Administration - 35%
Prepare and manage all administrative steps for new joiners (contracts, payroll information, documentation, etc.)
Handle administrative offboarding processes (final documents and exit checklists)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Lucca)
Support the administration of employee benefits (e.g., health insurance, mobility perks)
HR Employee Support - 35%
Manage and respond to employee requests via the ticketing system (HR documentation, employment verification letters, policy questions, expense approval etc.)
Support HR documentation management, templates, and process updates
Organize and plan the global onboarding
Support global HR reporting and audits by providing accurate data and documentation.
Finance Administration - 30%
Review expenses for accuracy and compliance with internal policies
Support the Finance team in administrative tasks (receipts, dividend declaration, etc)
Contribute to the effective administration of company-sponsored perks.

2 years of experience in a similar role (internships count)
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
Excellent communication skills in both languages
Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
