Your responsibilities

HR Administration - 35%

  • Prepare and manage all administrative steps for new joiners (contracts, payroll information, documentation, etc.)

  • Handle administrative offboarding processes (final documents and exit checklists)

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Lucca)

  • Support the administration of employee benefits (e.g., health insurance, mobility perks)

HR Employee Support - 35%

  • Manage and respond to employee requests via the ticketing system (HR documentation, employment verification letters, policy questions, expense approval etc.)

  • Support HR documentation management, templates, and process updates

  • Organize and plan the global onboarding

  • Support global HR reporting and audits by providing accurate data and documentation.

Finance Administration - 30%

  • Review expenses for accuracy and compliance with internal policies

  • Support the Finance team in administrative tasks (receipts, dividend declaration, etc)

  • Contribute to the effective administration of company-sponsored perks.

You will get the opportunity to work with tools like Lucca, Silae, Trinet, Payhawk and of course, Notion

You're a great fit for this role if you have:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role (internships count)

  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written

  • Excellent communication skills in both languages

  • Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail

  • Love helping people and solving problems independently

  • Are thorough, analytical, and naturally curious
