**bioMerieux has a position open for a Global Industry Customer Service Application Specialist
- Culture Media/ BioFire**Ò
**What will be your responsibilities?**
- Develop training courses and deliver trainings in main training center located in Marcy l’Etoile, France and in local trainings hubs
- Deliver and maintain training materials, like customer training kits, teaching scenarii, prerequisites
- Be an expert of the pharma culture media and BioFireÒ ranges, contribute to the R&D and industrial projects, participate to project meetings, represent the voice of the customer, report the projects progress within the Global Industry Customer Service Department
- Responsible for the service deliverables(e.g. Service Launch Files and communication to the community of service)
- Responsible for the communication of changes inherent to the culture media and BioFireÒ ranges to the subsidiaries and pharmaceutical customers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the culture media and BioFireÒ ranges, related services and training materials, including the creation of digitized tools, video tutorials or e-learnings
**Who are you?**
- Bachelor or Master degree in microbiology, molecular biology, life science or other technical field
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience working with culture media or/and PCR products or minimum of 5 years equivalent experience servicing as an Application Specialist in Food or Pharmaceutical environment
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry environment, workflows and regulatory requirements
- General knowledge about technologies used in microbiology
- Ability to explain, teach and act on bioMérieux products and performance
- Appetence for digitalization methodologies and tools
- High interest in technical learning and pedagogical tools
- Strong customer orientation
- Good communication skills with external customers and internal stakeholders
- Excellent quality of writing (technical English)
- Analytical and evaluation skills
- Autonomy and decision taking
- Project management basics
- You enjoy working in a multicultural environment where interacting with multidisciplinary teams is key
- Fluent English skills, any other language is be a plus
- Travel about 10% - Worldwide.
- Work from home : 2 to 3 days/week
- Position originally based in Craponne, France. Other bioMérieux locations can be considered
