We are looking for a HR Analytics & Controlling Apprentice to join our team

**Your mission, roles and responsibilities**:
Our Faurecia Seating BG is looking for a HR Analytics & Controlling Apprentice for its Headquarters based in Nanterre.

Part of Faurecia Seating Human Resources Team, you will report to the BG HR Controller Manager and work in close collaboration with HR Division Controllers. It’s a unique opportunity to quickly drive your skills.
You will be working on challenges that matter

Your main missions:

- Support Monthly closing (consolidating inputs from our divisions, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the HR reporting,) & participate to forecast reviews to acquire a precise overview of the perimeter and of the changes.
- Participate to the 5-year Strategic Plan of Faurecia Seating (scenario, geographical/product footprint, headcount, and costs impacts, talent/competencies impacts) and HR Budget through analyzing headcount and costs evolutions of our divisions to support the implementation of our global strategy.
- Go into analysis: Alert on deviations, tendencies, follow forecast evolutions directly with Divisions HR Controller
- Support the BG HR Team on specific projects
- Participate to specific deliverables (Engagement Survey, Gender diversity, ad hoc analysis for M&A, international benchmarks, annual social report, ).

In addition to the main missions, you need to manage your schedule to include these key tasks:

- Favor regular exchange with HR Division controllers
- Improve tools (dashboards, reporting files for sites, automatize) & participate in the digitalization of HR tools and automation
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices

**Your profile and competencies to succeed**:

- Fluent in English to operate in an international environment
- Mastery of MS Office
- Analytical, rigorous and detailed oriented
- Real willingness to support, share & be proactive
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and international context
