We are looking for a Human Resources Analytics apprentice to join our team
**Your mission, roles and responsibilities**:
Our Forvia Clean Mobility activity in Nanterre is looking for an Apprentice in HR Strategy, with a special focus on Compensation & Benefits and HR Analytics to support strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Transformation projects & HR Analytics manager of Forvia Clean Mobility, the new team-member will work closely with HR Managers and Directors and evolve in a challenging cross-cultural and worldwide perimeter.
Your missions:
**HR Analytics (30%)**:
Collect, structure and analyse data to support decision-making and for monthly reporting (headcount and personnel costs evolution, employee engagement, plant efficiency, trainings,...)
Participate to specific deliverables (Engagement Survey, Gender diversity, ad hoc analysis for M&A, international benchmarks, annual social report, ).
Collaborate with HR Managers and Directors worldwide by providing analytical support and strategic recommendations.
**Compensation & Benefits (40%)**:
Assisting employees during the variable compensation process
Supporting the coordination of the Annual Salary Review process
Handling C&B aspects of expatriated population
C&B projects and analysis (compensation offers for new joiners, salary positioning analysis )
**Continuous improvement & HR processes optimization (30%)**:
Collaborate on initiatives to optimize data management and HR operational effectiveness
Identify areas for improvement in HR processes
Participate in the digitalization of HR tools and automation
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices
**Your profile and competencies to succeed**:
Your profile:
Master 1 or 2 in Human Resources
Strong interest in HR topics, data analysis and HR performance measurement
Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Proficiency in BI tools is a plus (Power BI, Excel, etc.)
Enthusiasm for process improvement, automation and digital transformation
Ability to interact with different HR stakeholders and work on cross-functional projects
Fluent in English to operate in an international environment
