Un(e) Sales Talent Acquisition Business Partner (bilingue anglais / français) H/F
Poste basé à Nanterre
Directement rattaché(e) au Sales Talent Acquisition Manager (International), vous intervenez sur un scope France & Suisse et aurez pour principales missions:
Agir en véritable Business Partner et conseiller les clients internes sur les tendances du marché grâce à votre expertise et vos connaissances, définir des attentes claires et manager la relation client.
Développer un fort partenariat/collaboration avec les managers, les leaders, les partenaires Ressources Humaines et faire preuve d'influence interne de manière appropriée.
Faciliter l'utilisation des méthodologies d'entretien tout au long du processus et veiller à ce que chaque interviewer soit formé aux méthodes de recrutement.
Assurer la bonne mise en œuvre de notre Stratégie Marque Employeur, en assurant notamment la bonne utilisation de l'espace Carrières ADP, des médias sociaux et plateformes associées.
Participer à la gestion du processus de mobilité interne et à la gestion du processus de cooptation afin d'assurer une expérience cohérente et de qualité pour toutes les parties.
Votre profil:
Expérience réussie de management du cycle de recrutement, sur du recrutement de commerciaux, en environnement matriciel
Approche « Conseil », qualités relationnelles et de négociation
Bilingue Anglais / français, une 3ème langue serait un plus
