Your opportunity
Zenchef's Salesforce CRM tool currently equips 150 users across Europe, from the marketing team to support and field sales teams, to help them optimize customer relations. As a Salesforce Administrator, working closely with the RevOps team, you'll help lead large-scale projects to build new features and ensure their adoption by our users
**Day-to-Day**:
Organize our user base setup (permissions, profiles, roles etc.).
Handle user requests quickly and effectively (tickets, priority management).
Help train new and existing users on Salesforce.
**Manage Salesforce integrations with our internal tools**: (Chargebee for invoicing, Ringover for call tracking, our ZenchefOS product, etc.).
Keep improving user experience by setting up tools (No-code solutions and/or development in Apex, the Java-like language used on Salesforce).
Work on structuring projects to improve our processes and promote user autonomy.
Be creative and find solutions to make life easier for our daily users.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
End of studies in Engineering school or equivalent Master.
You like to solve problems, you're constantly looking for ways to improve and you like to rack your brains.
You have a strong team spirit.
You can speak English.
You have experience with SQL and another programming language.
