**Principales responsabilités**:
**Gestion de projet**:
Diriger et superviser l'ensemble du cycle de vie du projet, de la planification initiale à l'exécution et à la clôture.
Diriger des initiatives stratégiques pour garantir une livraison dans les délais, dans le respect du budget et de haute qualité.
**Management d'équipe internationale**:
Diriger des équipes interfonctionnelles et géographiquement dispersées, généralement composées d?environ 50 professionnels.
Favoriser un environnement collaboratif, assurant une communication efficace entre toutes les équipes et les parties prenantes.
**Expertise ERP & S&OP**:
Bénéficiez d'une connaissance approfondie des systèmes ERP, notamment JDE (JD Edwards) et FuturMaster.
Gérer la mise en ?uvre de l'ERP de bout en bout, en se concentrant sur les processus de planification des ventes et des opérations (S&OP).
**Engagement des parties prenantes**:
Servir de point de contact principal entre l?équipe de projet et la haute direction.
Rendre compte régulièrement de l?avancement du projet, des risques et des stratégies d?atténuation.
**Gestion du changement**:
Développer et mettre en ?uvre des stratégies de gestion du changement pour soutenir la transition vers de nouveaux systèmes.
Fournissez une formation, une assistance et un engagement utilisateur pour faciliter un déploiement fluide.
Plus de 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets, notamment dans un contexte international.
Expérience avérée dans la gestion de déploiements ERP à grande échelle.
Expérience dans la direction d?équipes d?environ 50 membres dans plusieurs pays.
**Compétences techniques**:
Expertise en solutions ERP, notamment JD Edwards (JDE) et FuturMaster.
Solide compréhension des processus de planification des ventes et des opérations (S&OP).
**LANGUES**:
Parle couramment l'anglais et possède d'excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
La maîtrise du français est un plus, mais pas obligatoire.
