**Vos missions**:
En tant que Responsable de Département, vous aurez un rôle clé dans le succès de notre marque au sein de ce prestigieux Flagship parisien. Vos responsabilités incluent:
- **Gérer et développer** votre département en accord avec la stratégie commerciale de la Maison.
- **Maximiser le chiffre d'affaires**, en respectant les objectifs ambitieux fixés par la Direction.
- **Animer, encadrer et motiver** votre équipe de vente pour atteindre les résultats au quotidien et garantir une expérience client exceptionnelle.
- Développer une approche sur-mesure du **clienteling**, en offrant un service personnalisé et exclusif.
**Votre profil**:
Nous recherchons un talent passionné et expérimenté, capable d'incarner l'esprit de la Maison:
- Expérience réussie dans le **management** au sein de l’univers du luxe ou de la mode, avec une expertise particulière dans les **souliers et pret a porter**.
- **Adaptabilité, proactivité** et sens aigu du service client.
- Maîtrise de l'**anglais courant**, l'Italien est un atout.
**Offre**:
- **Salaire attractif** jusqu’à 42 000 € par an, selon votre expérience.
