Nous recherchons un(e) Community Manager créatif(ve) et polyvalent(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Vous serez accompagné(e) par notre co-fondateur dans un environnement startup où votre créativité et votre autonomie seront valorisées.

Vos missions principales

**Gestion des réseaux sociaux**:

- Animation des comptes Facebook, Instagram et TikTok
- Création et planification du calendrier éditorial
- Création de contenus engageants et suivi des interactions clients
- Suivi et gestion de l’e-réputation de la marque

**Création de contenu**:

- Organisation de shootings photos/vidéos
- Production de contenus visuels pour nos plateformes digitales
- Maîtrise des outils de création et montage

**Marketing digital**:

- Planification et gestion de campagnes publicitaires en ligne
- Optimisation SEO et mise à jour du site WordPress
- Gestion de projets clients (supports de communication, planification des tournages, suivi)

Profil recherché

**Expérience**:

- 2 ans minimum en Community Management
- 2 ans minimum en Communication digitale

**Compétences techniques**:

- Parfaite maîtrise des réseaux sociaux et outils de gestion (Metricool, Hootsuite)
- Maîtrise des logiciels Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Compétences en montage vidéo (Final Cut, CapCut) et retouche photo (Lightroom)
- Connaissances en SEO et WordPress
- Compétences en prise de vue photo/vidéo

**Qualités personnelles**:

- Créativité et force de proposition
- Excellente aisance rédactionnelle
- Autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
- Esprit d’équipe et excellent relationnel
- Résistance au stress et réactivité

**Langues**:

- Anglais opérationnel
