**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The position takes place in the Retail Experience department.
Responsible for delivering the highest level of client experience, product, selling skills training and education focusing on Coty niche fragrance brands. Developing sell-out beauty business and ensuring global retail excellence.
Develop, motivate, evaluate, coach & train national trainers. Maintain brand image by adhering to fashion brands’ values & guidelines. Plan & execute effective seminars. Communicate, report, build strong relationships with global teams as well as local markets’ training managers.
Help to define the Global Education identity, style and strategy within the Retail Education team.
This role reports into the Fragrance Senior Education Manager.

PROFILE
3+ years’ work experience in luxury beauty sales and/or education or in a fragrance house. Previous experience working for a niche brand or ultra-premium collection is a plus.
Excellent communicator in English - both verbal & written
Creative, open-minded, proactive enthusiasm, teamwork, agility and flexibility
High sense of luxury
Strong communication and presentation skills
Able to deal with a fast-paced work environment (good problem solving skills are a plus)

**Fragrance addict/passionate**: strong knowledge about fragrance compositions, olfactive families, raw materials, extractions, bast sellers, competition catalogue, services in-store & in store experiences and current fragrance trends. Strong knowledge of ultra-premium collections & niche market (brands positioning, catalogue, specificity, consumer’s experience).
A background in education-retail &/or in a fragrance house would be better
Digital savvy

**Retail minded/consumer centric**: experience in Dept. Stores, perfumeries, beauty retailers, pharmacies or boutiques highly appreciated
Able to share their passion for the brands, for retail
Travel varies depending on global markets’ needs

EDUCATION TOOLS CREATION Design branded training tools with an absolute focus on the end-customer (client experience & retailtainment, selling expertise, product & category knowledge) Focus on 360 transversal ways of working to build retail excellence : global functions (global marketing, trade, PR, CRM and merchandising), local markets & License Digitalize all the global education tools, propose innovative activities on the mobile learning app & track related learning KPIs Ensure deadlines, budget, delivery and implementation of the assets, and constant optimization of work tools, processes and communication

EDUCATION SEMINARS & TRAININGS Coach local Trainers (onboarding workshops, global seminars, virtual training) Support directly local markets on high-relevance projects (new openings, seminars, retailer meetings). Support the internal trainings and help educate the global company on innovations and launches Help to plan and organize global seminars in Paris or in the markets
