- Fragrance Development Manager
- Job Purpose

Lead fragrance development projects and creative olfactive strategies for France cross category accounts
- Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage fragrance development for projects
- customer projects, proactive collections, following brief constraints
- Develop commercial collections for key accounts
- Portfolio Management - Ensure you know your key accounts fragrance portfolio and proactively identify gaps and opportunities.
- Brand Awareness - Understand the brand commercial landscape; competitors, challenges, target customers, corporate purpose.
- Work with the wider team to contribute to CPL’s global initiatives
- Category Management - Category Reviews, fragrance mapping, performance data, gap analysis new trends and fragrance collections.
- Innovation - Work with R & D to identify new innovations and create commercial collections to promote new technologies, initiatives and platforms.
- New product meetings - actively contribute to development team category awareness
- Skills and Attributes Required
- Strong experience in fragrance development and true passion for fragrances.
- Personable, enthusiastic and a team player.
- Confident with a strong initiative.
- Proactive with innate ability to identify trends and match to client needs, current or future.
- Open-minded and dynamic to meet evolving business needs.
- A keen eye for new opportunities and strategic desire to approach.
- 5+ years’ experience and proven track record of success in fragrance development
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven abilities in process management and working with detail under time pressures.
- Ability to manage and follow up closely on multiple projects, to ensure successful closure.
- Professional written and verbal skills. Fluent in English and French
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally when required.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
