We are looking for our new US and Caribbean technical project manager, as we expand into the US market.

You will be joining a leading global player in the hydrogen industry, dedicated to developing large-scale hydrogen infrastructure and advanced multi-megawatt fuel cell technology.
**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Structuring**:

- During the first phases of development of project (pre-construction), leverage

internal knowledge and resources to structure hydrogen renewable energy

projects in the US and the Caribbean.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Identify critical points and mitigation plan.

**Tender Response**:

- Prepare and respond to tenders and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for

renewable energy projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and

ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals.

**Simulation and Sensitivity Analysis**:

- Perform detailed simulations and sensitivity analyses to evaluate the feasibility

and performance of renewable energy projects.
- Use advanced software tools to model various scenarios.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Produce clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation and reports.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all

levels.

**Multicultural Collaboration**:

- Work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, fostering strong

relationships with team members and external partners.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adaptability in diverse work settings.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree from a top university in STEM, ideally with an electrical
background
- 2 to 3 years of experience in renewable energy project development or a similar
field.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in simulation software and tools used in renewable energy projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solution-driven mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Perfectly fluent in English
- French fluency is a plus
- Willing to travel
