In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality activities while providing administrative support to help international students navigate their academic journey.

**Work Period**:

- This is a **fixed-term position** starting on **June 16th**, based in **Paris**, with a total duration of **3 to 4 months**.

**Role Overview**:

- As a **Student Service Assistant**, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and enriching experience for our international students. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support the **Student Service Manager** with administrative tasks, including collecting necessary documentation from students and sending communications before and during the course.
- Manage the **reception** and serve as the first point of contact for students.
- Monitor and enhance **student satisfaction** with administrative processes.
- Assist in the **student evaluation system** to ensure high-quality service and **100% student satisfaction**.
- Maintain **effective communication** with global business offices to ensure student well-being.
- Continuously improve administrative procedures related to **visas, student feedback, mandatory documents, emergency reports, medical visits, and appointment scheduling.**:

- Ensure the **safety and well-being of minor students**, including collecting **night permits**, contacting students if absent, and overseeing school attendance.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- ** C2 level in French** (proficiency required).
- Fluent in **English** (a third language is a plus).
- Strong **interpersonal skills** and a social personality.
- Ability to **adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic school environment**.
- ** Flexibility** to work occasional **evenings and weekends** for events and excursions.
- ** CV and cover letter must be submitted in French**.
