Ai Operations Project Manager, Stage

**About the role**:
At cozycozy, we’re building the world’s best accommodation metasearch platform making travel simple, transparent, and inspiring. As AI Ops Project Manager, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our VP Business & Product Innovation to operate at the intersection of operations, product, and technology. You will gather needs from our internal teams, prototyping solutions using no-code and LLM tools, and coordinate with Engineering when deeper integration is needed. You’ll be part of an international team (with 12 nationalities represented) that’s passionate about travel and innovation.

**About the Role**:
We're looking for a proactive and resourceful **AI Operations Project Manager** to help lead our internal AI transformation. In this role, you'll act as a cross-functional problem solver, working closely with teams across the business to identify pain points and build lightweight AI tools and automations that make work faster, smarter, and more scalable.

This is a hands-on role with real autonomy. You’ll help shape how we use tools like **Dust.tt**and **n8n**, to streamline internal workflows and unlock productivity.

**️ Your Mission**:

- You will act as a project manager for internal AI tool initiatives from idea intake to delivery.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to identify repetitive or inefficient workflows.
- You will prototype internal AI tools and agents using low-code/no-code platforms (Dust.tt, n8n, Make etc).
- You will manage implementation timelines, prioritize requests, and communicate progress clearly.
- You are responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of your solutions. From gathering user feedback, launching your proposed tools and continuously optimizing for performance and impact.
- You will coordinate with Engineering and Data teams for more complex tool integrations.
- You will document solutions and create simple onboarding/training materials for internal users.
- You will track impact metrics (time saved, reduction in manual work) and iterate on solutions.

- Have a basic understanding of LLMs, automation platforms, and AI tooling.
- Are familiar with (or excited to learn) platforms like Dust.tt, Zapier, n8n, Make, or Airtable.
- Enjoy working independently and taking initiative without needing rigid direction.
- Communicate clearly (in English) both with technical and non-technical teams.

**About you**:

- You are a student who is has a strong understanding of Project Management.
- You’re studying at a _Grande Ecole_ or a university in Engineering or Business.
- You have experience with AI tooling, automation, or internal tech enablement through school, previous work experience, or side projects).
- You have a solid understanding of technical concepts. You should be comfortable thinking in terms of systems, data flows, and APIs and have a knack for picking up new software quickly.
- You are data driven and have demonstrated experience in researching AI and exploring new ideas and news in the AI landscape/ecosystem.
- You enjoy speaking with stakeholders and having fun with the team
- Bonus: You have experience with API integrations, scripting, or prompt engineering.
