**Job Description**:
- Work with sales and Marketing leadership to develop, enhance and execute a field marketing plan which best supports business growth and is designed to drive leads, demand and pipeline
- Coordinate with the content teams and ensure strong local execution of campaigns
- Leverage and localize a repeatable and systematic set of programs to drive demand with the right balance between in country and global campaigns
- Manage key marketing activities in the region like lead gen campaigns, events - virtual for the time being and when possible again also physical/live
- Drive localization of French website, coordinate French blogs and social media
- Collaborate with the global events team to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple end-to-end regional, industry, and executive events and programs on schedule, within budget and with excellent attention to details
- Design, develop, and execute account-based marketing programs and activities that target profiles in accounts.
- Partner with global communications team and drive journalist and analyst relations in local market
- Effectively manage budgets to optimize return on investment in alignment with company goals
- Manage external relationships (vendors, venues, agencies, and media partners) effectively as needed to ensure maximizing all opportunities
**Qualifications**:
- French mother language speaker
- Field Marketing experience in a B2B software company. Ideally 5+ years specifically supporting a sales region in a field marketing capacity.
- Proven track record in creating and executing multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns for events utilizing public relations, advertising, and product, digital and social marketing Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of marketing digital platforms and techniques and leading Account-based Marketing platforms - Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo and Asana preferred
- Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc
- Great people-friendly attitude and positive spirit that bring positive energy into any team, and that gives room for creative and open-minded thinking
- Strong project, communication, and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Must be detail oriented
