Delivery Manager

Dans le cadre du pilotage de l’activité Service Desk, je suis à la recherche d’un Delivery Manager afin de participer à l’élaboration du contrat de service.
Il sera en charge de gérer et faciliter la production en temps opportun de logiciels et d’autres produits informatiques en gérant efficacement les membres de l’équipe, les budgets et les heures de travail. Son rôle est essentiel pour éliminer les obstacles et les problèmes qui peuvent ralentir le travail de l’équipe, affectant négativement la livraison des produits et le respect des délais.

Leadership,
Conduite du changement.
Avoir la certification ITIL ou bien avoir suivi la formation.
