**Discover your exciting role**:
- The M/F Blue Collar Works Supervisor works on the industrial sites of our historical customers, whether they are in the pharmaceutical industry, semiconductor or research laboratories. He is a first-rate representative of the company to the client.
He participates effectively in the work on site, and organizes the work of his teammates, who can be employees or temporary workers. He accompanies them in the development of their skills.
Depending on the site, the work is carried out under the responsibility of the site supervisor or the project manager. Customers are based on the national territory: short but frequent trips are possible.
After gaining practical experience on construction sites, he can become a work supervisor
**Explore your tasks and responsibilities**:
- On the customer's industrial site, your main missions are as follows:
- You prepare the sites according to the constraints and obstacles of the terrain, then distribute the work to your teammates.
- You follow the progress of the work and check its quality.
- You attend the reception of the work at the end of the site and ensure the restoration of the surroundings.
- You have a good knowledge of the techniques used on a construction site, which allows you to coordinate and control the work of the team for which you are responsible.
- You carry out training in the working techniques of temporary staff.
- On the construction site, you actively participate in the work on clean room assembly and installation
**Show your expertise**:
- Essential Skills- Diploma type Bac Pro in Locksmith Assembler or Carpenter Aluminum Assembler and with experience of 3 to 5 years in this activity.
- Mastery of the installation techniques of the various components corresponding to the installations of Exyte.
- Transversal management skills.
- Ability to analyze and report on problems.
- Diplomacy and rigour.
- B licence required (driving service vehicles))- Desired:
- French mother tongue or good level
- Desirable notions of English
