Our client is a premium medical device manufacturer looking to bring on to the team a specialist in Social Campaigns Manager, who will become the leader on all social media channels. Are you a proactive, detail-oriented person who is passionate in social media and looking to work in a cool team? A great opportunity has arisen, where we are currently looking for a Social Campaigns manager to work in-house, offering fantastic financial packages starting from €40,000 + bonus as well as great development paths. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition efforts, all the way from awareness to conversion. An incredibly talented team of people around. - You will be free to be yourself, put yourself forward for additional learning, and truly turn this into anything you want to be. - Very good team spirit, amazing company culture and a hub of diversity - Location: Paris - with a hybrid working model of 2 to 3 - day office visits **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and execute a global paid social media strategy (Running campaigns in more than 10 countries) - Process and communicate a strong understanding of paid social channels, with a particular focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) - You will build innovative consumer-focused social campaigns from scratch with a core focus on KPIs (traffic, registrations, conversions) - You will work collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure maximum cross-channel efficiencies - Ability to identify new opportunities, test, learn and maximise performance. - Test creative, targeting and landing pages to ensure the best results - Communicate effectively with other teams (content, designers, marketing media agencies, translations) to ensure great cross-functional efforts - You'll monitor media buying strategies and keep up to date with industry research, audience, and distribution figures - Regularly report on the performance and ongoing optimisation **Who are we looking for?** - Experience in paid social media strategy and execution for 1yr + (for a tech company or agency) - Hands-on experience with Meta Ads manager, TikTok Ads etc - Both a strategic and creative thinker - you have the ability to work independently and collaboratively - understanding the happy marriage between planning ahead and being able to adapt to the ever-changing world of social - You prefer detailed, granular segmentation to broad brush campaigns - You have high attention to detail and an understanding of 'what great looks like’ - You're transparent, share data, and discuss what's not going well as well as what is - Experience in maintaining solid relationships with account management contacts at key social media platforms - Proficient in working with data; especially within social platforms - Experience with budget optimisation and management for paid social media campaigns - "Professional working proficiency" in English and another language is a plus
