The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for the creation of marketing campaigns, programs, events, Brand campaign aimed at the acquisition of new customers as well as the retention, migration, up-sell and cross-sell of our existing customers in line with the company's business priorities. This role is a key part of the Performance Marketing France team and involves the development, planning, execution and monitoring of local operational campaigns in line with the Global and France. The CM is oriented Business, has a real knowledge of the mix marketing communication skills and a real agility for using IT Tools.

Responsabilités principales

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

- To build, coordinate, lead and implement marketing plans focused on demand generation, and accountant activation as route to market to the SME-EC segment aligned with priorities and Sage strategy.
- Define marketing programs / tactics to maximise campaign ROI
- Coordinate digital tactics (web, media, social)
- Manage specific campaigns/events to the defined segment/business territory/geographical area
- Work closely with sales to ensure that the leads generated are followed up, relevant and converted into won projects.
- Reporting on campaigns and monitoring performance indicators via the marketing tools used (CRM, Eloqua, Salesforce, Power BI....).

Must have:

- Bac+ 4/5 with a specialisation in Marketing. Experience in performance marketing activities.
- First experience in B2B, if possible in the new technologies sector.
- The knowledge of accountant market and accounting sector is a real benefit and nice to have
- Your business vision, understanding of the customer and mastery of CRM tools make you a genuine digital business developer.
- You have a good knowledge of marketing mix, web marketing and lead generation.
- You have a strong awareness of data processing (segmentation, targeting, analysis). Knowledge of the use of a Marketing Automation tool would be a plus.
- You have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Your English is fluent.
- You enjoy working in a team and have good coordination skills.
