**Apprentice - Junior Officer for Recruitment and HR Projects**

You will have the opportunity to work on innovative HR projects in the field of recruitment (HR marketing, recruitment software, mentoring, etc.).

**Your tasks**
Your main duties will include:

- Publishing job offers once recruitment needs have been validated, and proactively making proposals about the choice of format, media and content
- Being involved in the advertising strategy and budget monitoring for the vacancies posted on the various job boards
- Participating in the monitoring and development of partnerships with target schools and universities
- Taking part in and organising recruitment forums
- Conducting remote screening and interviews in collaboration with the rest of the team
- Managing the apprentice recruitment campaign (interviews and administrative aspects of apprenticeship contracts).
- Publishing job offers for internships in target schools and universities
- Assisting with onboarding for new staff (organising the Welcome Day).

As part of the activities for HR project development:

- Participating in the project group working on the implementation of a new recruitment management software solution
- Onboarding: assisting and supporting new staff, particularly monitoring the mentoring programme
- Coming up with ideas for the staff retention programme
- Updating ILL’s employer brand (ILL website, intranet, etc.)

The Recruitment and Integration group is part of the ILL’s Human Resources Service, which covers all the Institute's HR activities. In this framework, you will also work in collaboration with the Payroll and Training groups and the team working directly for the Head of HR, giving you a comprehensive overview of the Human Resources profession.

**Your profile**
- You have an M1 Master’s degree in Human Resources (or equivalent) and are studying for your M2 Master’s degree in this field.
- You already have some initial professional experience (internship or work-study/apprenticeship) in HR, ideally related to recruitment and integration, and you would like to expand on this experience in an international environment.
- You are proficient in MS Office programmes and are familiar with and have a keen interest in new technologies (AI, etc.).
- You have proven interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills.
- Curious and open-minded, you are able to fit easily into a team setting.
- In view of the international character of our research centre, a good knowledge of English (reading, written and spoken) is required.
